Adam: Hi, Sophie. It's really nice. It isn't very big, but it's bright and cosy. It's on the second floor, and there is a small balcony next to the living room.
Sophie: That sounds great. How many rooms are there?
Adam: There are three main rooms: a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen. There is also a bathroom and a small hall.
Sophie: What is your living room like?
Adam: It's my favourite room. There is a comfortable sofa opposite the TV. There is a small coffee table in front of the sofa, and there are two armchairs next to the window. I also have a bookshelf in the corner.
Sophie: Nice. Is your bedroom big?
